Lead Times

For our Designflooring, Textile Floorcoverings and Carpets range, we work to send your products out on the following day. As with many products, this will vary depending on the amount of stock available and our friendly staff will advise you if this is the case. Products not stocked in the current Australian range will have a lead time of 8 -10 weeks.

Samples

We understand that samples are an important part of the design process and getting these swiftly to you is our imperative. Here at Karndean, we work to get your samples to you within 48 hours, however in some cases please allow for a 3 - 5 working day turnaround.
